Not only does he have 40 years of experience, some of it at the highest levels of managment, he&#8217;s represented the IRS in countless negotiations with their labor union (NTEU), and he&#8217;s led IRS employees through major events like RIFs, restructuring, and large-scale process changes.<\/p>\n<p>The Ogden IRS world is like a community within a community, and a lot of us never get to learn about it.
